Look In Enigma

Finally, it’s time for Enigma.

I wore this look out last weekend and I absolutely love it. The colours stayed on the entire night, 8 hours in total without any primer. This look features mostly products by Chanel, hope you like it.

Don’t be frightened by the dark colours of Chanel’s Enigma Quad. The colours are not as dark as they look in the palette and they are super wearable shades. The eyeshadows are of different finishes too, satin, glitter & shimmer and semi-matte.

A very beautiful palette indeed.

I started off with the lightest shade – satin pink, under my brows and inner corners of my eyes. Then I went in with glittery brown all over rest of my eyes, into the crease. Darken the outer corners of my eyes with matte mauve and line my lower lash line with glittery taupe.

I applied Pink Explosion on the apples of my cheeks and contoured with Rose Temptation. Highlight with Chanel’s Soft Pressed Powder in Almond, my all time favorite highlighter.

Went pretty much according to Chanel’s Fall Collection for this look, from eyes to cheeks to lips. I am enjoying all the products.

Thank you for reading and have a wonderful weekend.

  1. Bravo! You look stunning in Chanel Enigma.

I totally agree with you, although Enigma looks rather saturated in the palette, it’s rather sheer & buidable.

The best thing is actually you manage to create an earthy Enigma style instead of the whole purple Tsunami look of this fall.

I am updating my post to recommend you LOTD.

  2. I love this look Joey! So much so, I just want to go out and get this palette NOW! :)

I just got myself the MURANO palette but I find all of Chanel’s eyeshadows too shimmery. Are you able to do a look with MURANO? Thank you!

    • Hi Cat,
      Thank you for the compliments!!
      I don’t own a Murano Palette I am afraid =(

Try Enigma, it’s a lot less shimmery than other Chanel’s quads.
Kaska Beige is another less shimmery quad you may want to look at!!
