Another month featuring 5 of my all time favourites. I have been super busy this month. From meetings, appointments, dinners to presentations. Not to mention work on top of all these. So, I need my makeup to stay fresh and look good throughout the day without having to constantly check my face, if you know what I mean.
Nonetheless, I have MAC Superslick Liquid Eyeliners in my list. It’s extremely easy to use and it stays vibrant throughout the day. Congratulations to Jennifer Chan for winning one of my favourite shades, Smoky Heir, during my giveaway earlier this month.
Next, I have Chanel’s new Les 4 Ombres in Enigma for Fall. This palette is to die for. The colours compliments each other so well. It’s elegant and sophisticated. I have tried wearing just 1 shade to creating a classic quad application look here > Can never get bored with this quad.
I can’t recall when was the last time I used a nude-brown blush. Usually, I go for pinks and corals, avoid using anything too brown as I dislike looking tan. But NARS Powder Blush in Douceur completely changed my point of view. It’s a pink-brown shade which works perfectly for sculpting my cheeks. It defines my cheekbones in a very subtle way. Gorgeous. I tend to wear it on its own but when I need more colour, I add a pop of pink or coral to the apples of my cheeks.
Despite all the great reviews on Make Up For Ever’s Aqua Creams, it took my some time to get them. I am glad I did because they are amazing, especially the colour, Steel. It’s easy to blend and stays all day until I remove it. It doesn’t run or fade. Check out the video above by Makeup Artist, Lisa Eldridge.
Last but not least, I have the new Chanel Rouge Allure Extrait De Gloss in the list. I bought 4 of them the day they were launched. For swatches, click here > I like all of them but I reach out for Confidence the most for some reason. I guess it gave the correct amount of hue to my face, making it slightly brighter and warmer.
So, are you in love with any of the above as well?
