Second look using only the green and gold from YSL Pure Chromatics N°6. You can find the first look here, where I have used the pink and purple. This combination of green and gold actually reminds me of one I did using Givenchy Le Prisme Yeux - Quatuor in 74 Khaki Egerie, here but more intense and more metallic. My camera didn’t quite pick up the shimmer in detail which is such a shame, it’s really beautiful in real life.

For face: I am using Clarins Instant Light Complexion Perfector under the Clinique Age Defense BB Cream SPF 30/PA+++ for a more luminous finish. Set with Clinique Derma White Bright-C Powder Makeup. I used the sponge and gently used the press-and-roll method to achieve a tad more coverage.

I also used a little Smashbox Artificial Light Luminizing Powder on the cheek bones, inner corners of the eyes and cupid’s bow to illuminate the features.

For eyes: I started using the eyeshadows dry, with the green all over my lid and blend the gold on top of it, up to the crease. The colours are quite decent when used dry, great for the day. To bring out the shine even further, I wet my brush lightly and pat on the colours over the dry shades. Blend both colours together with a blending brush. Tight line the upper water line with MAC Powerpoint Eye Pencil in Tealo and apply MAC Pearlglide Intense Eye Liner in Black Line along the lower lash line – use the green eyeshadow to smudge the liner. Finish off with some false eyelashes.

For cheeks and lips: I kept rest of the makeup simple with a touch of Givenchy Le Prisme Blush in 24 It-Girl Purple and finished the look with Lunasol Full Glamour Liquid Lips in EX 02 Clear Coral Pink.
