Nothing that says Spring in this look but shouts last Fall – sparkling metallic eyes with matte lips featuring Chanel Illusion D’Ombre in 83 Illusoire, 84 Épatant & 87 Riviére (swatches and thoughts here). This look is absolutely amazing for parties or events especially in the evening.

For face: I wanted very natural looking skin for this look as the main focus will be on the eyes – nothing dewy nor luminous. I used Bobbi Brown BB Cream SPF 35 PA+++ as a base followed by Bobbi Brown Natural Finish Long Lasting Foundation SPF 15 PA++. Conceal all imperfections with Bobbi Brown Creamy Concealer Kit and set with Bobbi Brown Sheer Finish Pressed Powder.

For eyes: Tidied up the brows and filled them in slightly – nothing too dark for this look. Applied a small amount of Benefit Powderflage under the eyes to brighten the area. Because there will be a lot going on the eyes, I have also applied Make Up For Ever Eye Prime as a base.

I applied Chanel Illusion D’Ombre in 84 Épatant all over the lids, starting from the lash line and blend upwards – using what’s left on the brush under my brows. If you want a less dramatic look, you might want to use a natural colour instead. I used 83 Illusoire to darken the corners of my eyes and along the outer corners along my lower lash line. And applied 87 Riviére to the inner corners of my eyes.

I applied Chanel Stylo Yeux Waterproof in 10 Ébéne to my upper lash line and blend the edges with Chanel Ombre Essentielle Soft Touch Eyeshadow in 69 Black Star. I used Chanel Stylo Yeux Waterproof in 83 Cassis to line my lower lash line. Apply some mascara and finish off with some false eyelashes.

For cheeks & lips: Very simple and natural for the cheeks. I used Chanel Joues Contraste in 68 Rose Écrin on the apples and blend with Lunasol Shading Cheeks in 01 Natural Beige towards the sides of my face. I have also chosen a matte highlighter for this look – Shiseido Luminizing Satin Face Color in WT905.

Complete the look with a matte lipstick, I used Chanel Rouge Allure Velvet in 31 La Furtive (more swatches and thoughts here).
