Yes, whiter teeth in 1 hour and yes, I went to whiten my teeth!! Can’t wait to share this experience with all of you.

Well, I have always wanted whiter teeth. Not all of us are blessed with straight white teeth. I had to get my braces done and now, whitening. Not to mention, I love coffee and tea – they stain very much. So, I have decided I will start 2011 off with a brighter smile.

BriteSmile – Advanced 1-Hour Teeth Whitening.

BriteSmile is the only system with clinical proof of an average of 8 or more shades of whitening improvement (up to 15 in some cases) in a one hour treatment.

Basically, there are 3 sessions of 20 mins. Every 20 mins, the doctor will remove and paint on a layer of gel for the light to shine on. The first 2 sessions were painless but when it reaches the 3rd and final stage of whitening, I am not going to lie, it hurts. It feels like I have extremely sensitive teeth.

The dentist’s chair isn’t exactly the most comfortable seat to sit on either but time went by very quickly.

I also bought BriteSmile To Go (home-care kit sort of thing). It consists of 3 Whitening Pens and it is an easy way to dramatically whiten my teeth at work, at home or on the go. These Whitening Pens will only whiten natural teeth and will not whiten caps, veneers, crowns, fillings or dentures.
