When I was in KL for Chinese New Year, I walked passed Shu Uemura and they have newly launched the Rouge Unlimited Supreme Shine Lipsticks. Correct me if I am wrong, these lipsticks aren’t new to Shu Uemura, right? They are new to KL and perhaps, yet to be launched in Singapore? The shine is simply too irresistible and I brought 2 home with me, namely SS PK 340 – a glossy warm pink and SS BG 957 – a glossy mauve beige. Retails at RM75 each.
The two colours I picked up are extremely easy to wear, nothing too loud as I would like to use them regularly – I didn’t want anything too strong. The colours are quite similar, as you can tell from the pictures above. Pictures taken indoor with flash. PK 340 as the coding suggested contains more pink and BG 957 leans more towards a beige/brown tone.
Both applies smoothly and glides onto the lips effortlessly. This range of lipstick currently consist of 12 shades, from pretty pinks and nudes to bolder reds and berrys. It doesn’t bleed nor feather (not with these natural shades, I assume). Feels very comfortable and light wearing them. They do not provide full coverage, I would say it’s sheer but with enough pigmentation for a true colour definition.
Do you think you will pick any of the Rouge Unlimited Supreme Shine Lipsticks up?
