My Illamasqua order finally came through and I am so excited, I got to share these amazing products with you. This order consists of mainly Illamasqua’s NEW Toxic Nature Collection for Spring/Summer 2011 which I mentioned here beginning of last month.
The collection was released online on the 10th March and I bought several products to try.
I was particularly interested in the Cream Pigment which is Illamasqua’s new product this season. The Cream Pigments are available in 6 shades and I picked up 3 of them in Hollow, Delirium and Mould. All of them have a matte finish and can be applied on the face, eyes, lips and body. The formula is buildable, water-resistant and highly pigmented. Can be layered under powder eyeshadows or pigments for extra intensity.
I wanted both the Lipsticks but I ended up getting Atomic because I feel that I have too many oranges? Atomic is a bright fuchsia violet and it is super pigmented.

I also picked up 2 sets of Toxic Duos. It works out to be cheaper than getting them individually. The only shade missing from this collection is Gamma – a neon orange. Other than that, we have from top to bottom, Stagnate – a grey mauve, Radium – a lime green, Bacterium – an ash ochre and Purity – a clean peach.
I have not tried using any of the products yet as they just arrived. Only managed to swatched them for this entry. Generally, I am happy with every product from this collection. I can’t wait to play with the Cream Pigments and wear Atomic!!

I’m thinking of ordering from ASOS as I’m keener on the cream pigments than the nail polishes for this collection. ASOS has this collection but they cannot ship the polishes and they are having free int’l ship so might be cheaper to order from them now 😛

I got the lipstick in Flare and Cream Pigment in Emerge! I use emerge as an undereye concealer and it works great! 😀

Great picks Joey. I am sure you’ll love all of them, as Illamasqua’s products are great in pigmentation & finish. I can’t wait to see you wearing Atomic on your FOTD. Fuschia is hot this summer. I like delirium, hollow, stagnate & bacterium.

Yes, asos.com has toxic collection in store, they ships the cream pigments internationally, but the nail poilshes are only available to be shipped to 19 countries worldwide ( sorry, not Singapore )

Stagnate looks similar to Chanel Particuliere but more mauve! It’s nice though!

They look similar in the bottles but to me, it swatches quite differently.
Stagnate lean more towards purple and Particuliere is more brown?
It does crease a little at the end of the day.. Not really noticeable unless you put alot of product under your eye! I just use a small amount and blend before setting it with powder.. 🙂
I have been testing the cream pigments too, they creases slightly..
Yet to try them with a base..
