Summer flowers and gardens have inspired this carefree, light and radiant collection from Peter Philips, Creative Director of Chanel Makeup. An oasis of floral colours; pinks, greens and a touch of yellow welcome the arrival of the glorious summer season.
Chanel
Chanel’s Summer 2011 Collection Les Fleurs D’été de Chanel was exclusively launched at Isetan Scotts, Singapore today. This collection will be made available island wide this Friday.
I went and I spent on several gorgeous items I have been wanting. I got the Soleil Tan de Chanel in 547 Bronze Rose (S$77), Les 4 Ombres in 32 Lilium (S$87), Stylo Yeux Waterproof in 47 Rose Platine (S$35) and all the three Le Vernis (S$36 each) in 557 Morning Rose, 567 Beige Petale and 577 Mimosa.
I pretty knew what I was going to get except the bronzing powder. Until the very last-minute, I was still debuting in my mind, should I get the coral or rose? I am not huge on bronzers so getting it in rose can probably double up as a blush.
Nail polishes were too pretty to skip and the eyeshadow palette is just beautiful. I am also very happy that one of my favourite eyeliner – Stylo Yeux Waterproof, comes in a new shade – a very stunning and gorgeous one.
I have extracted two face charts from Chanel’s website showing the two new looks for this collection. Light, clean and fresh.
Do you think you will get anything from this collection?
