Dior Vernis Haute Couleur Extreme Wear Nail Lacquer in 607 Blue Denim and 908 Tuxedo are also part of Dior’s Fall makeup collection. It comes in a bottle of 10ml and retails at S$35 each. They are both made in France.

Dior Vernis Haute Couleur Extreme Wear Nail Lacquer in 607 Blue Denim is a mid-tone cornflower blue in cream finish. It has very tiny, almost undetectable silver shimmers running through it – I had to squeeze my eyes in order to notice their existence. It would probably pass of as a matte colour in most cases.

Dior Vernis Haute Couleur Extreme Wear Nail Lacquer in 607 Blue Denim glides on very smoothly and is opaque in 2 coats. It doesn’t streak and the formula is just as brilliant as rest of the Dior Vernis I have.

Dior Vernis Haute Couleur Extreme Wear Nail Lacquer in 908 Tuxedo is a shimmery navy blue with silver and blue micro-shimmers running through it. The navy blue base is neither too dark nor too light.

My past experiences with dark blue nail polishes have been a roller-coaster ride – either they are too dark which made them look almost black or they are too light which looses it’s mysteriousness. 908 Tuxedo has just the right balance in my opinion.

When the light hits, you can see the beautiful micro-shimmers clearly.

Both the Dior Vernis have excellent colour payoff and superb formula which are very consistent with rest of their nail polishes. I have no problems with wearing them and they often last me a good few days before I change to another colour. They are very easy to apply and I simply love them.

Dior Vernis in 219 Safari Beige was not available when I purchased this collection. According to the BA, stock hasn’t arrived.
