The Aquarelles de Chanel Makeup Collection For Summer 2011 arrived exclusively at ION Orchard yesterday. This is one of Chanel’s mini collection, just like the pre-fall – Byzance de Chanel collection.
I believe this collection consists of 2 new products and the rest are re-promotes and/or existing items. This limited edition makeup collection features products used in the Spring/Summer 2011 Haute Couture show by Peter Philips.
I picked up the Ombres Tissées Iridescent Effects Eyes in Beiges – S$95 for 13g of product, comes with a travel sponge applicator – similar to the ones that come with Illusion D’Ombres and Ombre Essentielle Soft Touch Eyeshadow in Gris Exquis – S$48 for 2g of product, comes with a mini sponge applicator.
According to the Chanel BA, stock is very limited, if you would like to get one, perhaps you might want to do it fast.
The Ombres Tissées Iridescent Effects Eyes in Beiges is absolutely gorgeous. If sparkles and shimmers is your thing, I think you will love it. More pictures, swatches and my thoughts about this collection coming right up – I am currently experimenting with them.
Thank you for reading.
