Introducing NARS Makeup Collection For Holiday 2011

Today, I have a preview of the NARS Makeup Collection For Holiday 2011 for you. No brows, dramatic eyes paired with strong, bold lips suggest some sort of mystical, magical and drama in this collection.

From the promotional visual above, I got to say brows make a huge impact on looks, agree?

This collection includes the following products;-

Trio Eyeshadow in Arabian Nights (Limited Edition) and Duo Eyeshadow in Mandchourie.

Cream Eyeshadow in Panderosa (Limited Edition) and Highlighting Blush in Miss Liberty.

Lipstick in Joyous Red (Limited Edition) and The Multiple in G-Spot.

Lip Gloss in Albatross (Limited Edition) and Larger Than Life Long-Wear Eyeliner in Campo de Fiori and St. Mark’s Place.

Nail Polish in Endless Night and Space Odyssey, both Limited Edition.

NARS Makeup Collection For Holiday 2011 is said to debut early November 2011.

Anything from this collection you think you will purchase? I am looking at Arabian Nights, Miss Liberty, Joyous Red and am curious about the Albatross lipgloss. Having heard so much about the Albatross Highlighting Blush, I wonder how the lipgloss will work – in terms of the density and opacity.

Thank you for reading.

  1. I want to swatch them all but I dont think they will make it to BKK in Nov when I am there. Hopefully by the time I am in HKG over Xmas, they still have them in stock. But then distractions might just deviate me.

  2. I can already hear my wallet crying 🙂 I would like all the eyshadows and the St Marks’ Place eyeliner. NARS is really good at making dark purple nail polish. I have Tokaido Express and it’s quite a nice colour so I am tempted by Endless Night. Let’s see if I ever end up getting these items. Thanks for sharing Joey!

P/s – Red lip is so not for me, but you’d look good in Joyous Red 🙂

      • Hah 🙂 I hope so. I’ll probably get buyer’s remorse even before buying these items and end up trimming my list. I am a huge fan of NARS shadows because I like the philosophy that you should play with makeup. That’s one of the most fun part of makeup – all about experimenting with the colours and creating looks that reflect your personality.

        • I am totally with you Fieran!!
I remove a lot of things from my wish list too..
It’s good to have a list, it feels more justified and satisfied when shopping and seems more sensible?!
Love NARS eyeshadows and blushers, totally gorgeous!!
