Hop over to her blog as she has this gorgeous Chanel Mouche de Beauté Illuminating Powder swatched – I am still having seconds thoughts about swatching mine, I shall admire it for a bit more.
Here’s a look at what I got.
Chanel Mouche de Beauté Illuminating Powder – S$100 for 12g of product, made in Italy.
A sumptuous and whimsical exclusive creation featuring a motif that reproduces the decor of the Château de Versailles. This illuminating powder reveals an elegant gold shade with hints of pink highlights.
The touch of light for a precious complexion.
Beside the gorgeous illuminating powder, I also picked up the pink eyeshadow.
I have been exploring colours lately and found myself diving in on blues and pinks. I got to have that pink eyeshadow as seen on the runway in Versailles. I knew it.
Chanel Ombre Essentielle in Rose Favourite – S$48 for 2g of product, made in France.
The eyeshadow comes in an unprecedented pink featuring grey tones, both ingénue and whimsical.
A hint of baroque and irreverence, elegantly emphasizing the eyes.
Below are swatches of Rose Favourite in light/medium intensity.
Another two gorgeous numbers from Chanel. Mouche de Beauté Illuminating Powder is no doubt a collector’s piece much like Poudre Signée de Chanel Illuminating Powder. I am not sure when I will have the courage to dip my brush into it but when I do, you will definitely find out.
I am loving the look and feel of Rose Favourite and I can’t wait to create looks with it. Shall I try to recreate the runway look above, just for fun?
Thank you for looking.
