I have been admiring this beauty for quite some time now and of course, I have also been enjoying it on my cheeks lately. I have no idea why but I tend to reach out for this piece during the day – I hardly wear it at night unless I have been out all day.

In this entry, I shall showcase my third piece of Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick Compact in Lilac Rose.

Lilac Rose Shimmer Brick – featuring bright pink, golden pink, and icy pink pearl pigments – is a modern way to wear shimmer. For a lit-from-within glow, swirl the Face Blender Brush (sold separately) across all the shades then lightly dust on cheeks.

Or, use the individual bars in the Shimmer Brick as eyeshadow.

One more extreme close-up of this beauty and another view from the top.

Lilac Rose Shimmer Brick consists several tones of soft pinks, each with their own unique pearlized pigments. The most gorgeous hue to me is golden lilac pink (second from top/left) and I think this shade makes the whole Shimmer Brick comes to life.

Together, we get a delicate pink base with soft golden sheen.

This mixture catches light beautifully and it can be worn alone or over a blush. It makes complexion glows and appear radiant.

If I compare Lilac Rose with the other two I have, namely Party Shimmer Brick and 24 Karat Shimmer Brick, Lilac Rose has a more subtle sheen and a less metallic finish – more wearable so to speak.

Definitely a keeper and I am loving it.
