I have at least 10 nail polishes waiting to be swatched since last month – after removing my gelish, I finally can so first up, we have Pierre Hardy For NARS Nail Polish Pairs in Vertebra. Find out all about the collection here if you have missed it.

Each set retails at S$43 – each nail polish contains 15ml of product (full size), made in USA.

They are limited edition and are currently available at TANGS Orchard. I personally find them great as gifts because each set comes with very presentable white box and dust-bag, not to mention they are priced very affordably too.

Inspired by his 2013 high-fashion shoe collection, Pierre Hardy infuses his ultra modern color palette into limited edition nail polish pairs, presented in the spirit of his signature shoebox packaging.

These two complementary shades selected by Hardy may be worn together or separately — hands, toes, anything goes. Sets includes two nail polishes and Pierre Hardy for NARS signature mini-shoebox and dust bag.

Vertebra is one of the five sets from this collection. It consists of a coral (Vertebra Left) and dusty rose (Vertebra Right).

Both shades are very nicely pigmented, two coats provide enough coverage and they are very smooth in texture. However, I had slight problems with Vertebra Left being streaky on the first layer – nothing a 2nd coat and a good top coat can’t fix huh?

Absolutely in love with Vertebra Right.

Colour wise, both shades compliment each other very well. I find Vertebra Right (a warm brown rose, think Chanel Khaki Rose) suits my skin tone more. I use Vertebra Left as an accent.
