Hello everyone, I am back for another empties post. For the month of June, I have finished a range of products ranging from hand wash, body scrub, face wash, shampoo and fragrance. Some of them are my all time favourites, I have gone through many bottles/tubes of them.
Let’s take a look at each of them closer.
ORIGINS MODERN FRICTION™ for the body
S$79 – 200ml, USA
If you have been following this blog for a while, you probably know I am a huge fan of this body scrub. I have previously mentioned it here and here. For those of you who adores creamy, non-oily, almost like oatmeal sort of scrub, this is a must-try.
I have been using this scrub for so many years, I hope Origins will never stop producing it.
ORIGINS PLANTSCRIPTION™ ANTI-AGING CLEANSER*
S$53 – 150ml, USA
I have finished the entire tube of this cleanser – I often find it really hard to review cleansers. This one, is a steady performer – it does its job well. It foams up and works perfectly with my Clarisonic – although it’s a foaming cleanser, it doesn’t strip my skin. My skin doesn’t feel tight post-wash and this cleanser leaves my skin feeling clean.
I am not sure if the anti-aging ingredients helps in this cleanser, I didn’t notice any significant differences after using it (not sure if cleansers are significant enough on their own, perhaps pairing them with their entire line of anti-aging formulations may help).
CLARINS EAU DYNAMISANTE Invigorating Fragrance – Vitality Freshness Firmness
S$82 – 100ml, France
Previously mentioned in this post. I have extracted what I wrote;-
I totally hooked onto Eau Dynamisante Invigorating Spray – I adore the smell so much, I keep one on my dressing table, one beside my bed and a back-up (just in case). This is a fragrance and body treatment in one spa-fresh formula. I love the scent so much, I even spray it on my bed sheets.
This invigorating aroma for women and men, moisturises, firms and tones with essential oils of Lemon, Patchouli, Petit Grain, Ginseng and White Tea. The non-photosensitising formula is safe enough to wear in the sun and the perfect partner to Eau Dynamisante Moisturising Body Lotion – which I have yet to try.
L’OCCITANE LAVENDER LIQUID SOAP
S$34 – 500ml, France
Seems like I have been enjoying a few products with lavender in them.
One of such product is this liquid soap which lasts relatively long because of its 500ml size. This liquid soap cleanses away dirt, oil and makeup like foundation as the back of my hand while applying my makeup. It’s not the most moisturizing hand soap but it does its job well enough to warrant a repurchase from me.
AVEDA COLOR CONSERVE SHAMPOO protects and preserves color-treated hair
S$43 – 250ml, USA
The Aveda Color Conserve range got me hooked onto the brand. The shampoo and conditioner are one of my first items from the brand and I love them. This shampoo is foams up and cleanses my hair well. Great for everyday use, nothing too rich which flattens the hair and it didn’t irritate my sensitive scalp. I love the smell of this shampoo, it doesn’t linger if you are wondering.
AVEDA COLOR CONSERVE CONDITIONER protects and preserves color-treated hair
S$43 – 200ml, USA
Great conditioner I love pairing with its shampoo. It’s rich enough to keep my hair soft and silky but it doesn’t flatten my hair throughout the day. This conditioner is light enough for everyday use.
This series of empties posts have been going on for quite some time – I am quite happy with all the items I have finished but am hoping to finish some makeup items too.
Thank you for reading.

I can’t believe I have enough empties for this series of posts too..
Some times I thought I have ran out but towards end of the month, bingo!!
Happy July babe xx
