Eumundi, The Ginger Factory & Montville

Open only on Wednesdays and Saturdays, the Eumundi Market is definitely one of the highlights of this trip. It may not sound like much but I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the colours, textures, food and the wide variety of stalls available. Here, you find big local flavors — music and crafts.

Not to mention the weather was perfect for such a plan.

Our next stop was to The Ginger Factory where we had lunch.

Open daily with free admission, those traveling with young children can consider stopping over for a meal featuring modern Australian cuisine and a train ride. For those who likes gingery things, you may discover some products to buy.

Before heading back to the beach house, we stopped over at Montville — a small town in the Sunshine Coast hinterland with a population of 886.
