Celebrate this season in style with these rich and luscious colours.

I love everything about the promotional picture above. The makeup is a phenomenon. Strong smokey eyes with bold red lips, I mean, how can anyone resist this attention-seeking yet elegant look?

Knowing me, I totally gave in and got the Rouge Prodige 130 Lipstick. It’s a deep, berry-red lip colour. Not to mention how gorgeous these ladies look with it on – Sophia from The Make-Up Blogette, Mag from Makeup Stash and Kas from Shine, Shimmer & Sparkle. The look featured above by the model wouldn’t have been complete without the eye palette, right? So, here’s the Barocco Eye Colour Trio. This palette may seem rather ordinary but it somehow isn’t, especially the colour in the middle.

This palette consists of a gold shimmer, an antique brown with gold shimmer and a matte black.

These are swatches taken under natural lighting, out of the window. The eyeshadow swatches are without primer and they look kind of sheer but they are in fact quite pigmented.

The lipstick retails at S$35 and the eyeshadow palette retails as S$64.
