L’Oréal Singapore held a bloggers’ event showcasing their latest products at Dozo Restaurant middle of last month. It’s the first bloggers’ event I have attended, many thanks to Sarah for bringing me and L’Oréal for organising this cozy event.
The main focus of this event was to introduce us the NEW Curl Impact Collagene Mascara. It is specially formulated for Asian lashes because it contains ingredients which gives us 13 times more volume and helps to hold the curl throughout the day. This mascara comes with a unique spiral curler brush with 2 sides to reach the perfect balance between volume and curl. Each retails at S$26.90 and it’s available at all L’Oréal counters islandwide.

Collagene + Curl Fixing Complex to magnify all lashes with jet-set plumpy volume and all day lasting curl hold – which moreover can be effortlessly removed with warm water at the end of the day.
Besides the NEW Curl Impact Collagene Mascara, there are 4 new additions to the Open Eyes Pro Eyeshadow Quads. Namely, Turquoise, Smoky Brown, Icy Purple and Vivid Green. Loves how each of these quads come with instructions behind showing you how and where to apply each shade.
It was a very fun and entertaining event, not to mention there was a fashion show at the end featuring some of the fabulous dresses by Smooch, formally known as Across The Bloody Universe. I was particularly attracted to the Mayflower Bridesmaid Dress which comes in an array of pretty hues. It’s fascinating watching one of the owners, Sarah transform this dress into various different styles. Very interesting.
The day ended with some photo taking session. Based on the last picture, we have Amy, Kasthuri, Myself, Sarah and Iris. It was a pleasure meeting Iris for the first time after reading her blog for the past few years. And Lynn, pictured above with me and my silly grin – she was one of the winners for my giveaway. Thank you for saying hi to me =)
I had a fantastic time with all of you. It’s amazing because we all share the same passion and interest for makeup. Plus the amount of tips exchange, sharing of product knowledge which of course, lead to more items added into my wish list. Is it a good thing or a bad thing?
